Do you need head bolts, or 3/8" bolts?

If you just need 2head bolts, you probably won't find em on the Internet. Junkyard is probably the best place.

You can reuse those bolts, there not strech bolts like they have on alloy headed engines. Remove them, clean them, & reseal 'em.

I dont wanna get used bolts. They are more brittle and prone to failure.

Problem is that I had a leak for quite some time (9 months). I decided to get dirty and I got under the camaro. After search and destroy, The leak is from the bolt next to the 8th spark plug. So Im pretty sure the bolt has waater damage.

Head didnt blow off. The coolant is leaking in the rear of the head and im sure there is water damage. So Im gonna remove the 2 rear lower bolts and retorque to see if I can seal up the leak. If it fails, then Im gonna get me some heads with copper head gaskets.

Did you run a tap through the threads and coat the threads of the bolt with a sealant before installing them? Both processess are important to properly seal up and torque the bolt.
