EGR valve vacuum question

I took pictures of my vacuum lines before removing but lost pictures. A vacuum lines from the egr valve to the control module. A separate line runs from the control module to a vacuum port on the front of TBI. How do I tell what port on the module goes to what. Any help would be appreciated. Car will not start after taking the top end apart. Car will start once for about 2 seconds and then will not start. I checked timing and it seems to be correct. Would having the lines to the egr backwards cause this problem?

Re: EGR valve vacuum question

Egr doesn't or shouldn't operate at idle or on a cold engine. Is the emissions sticker still there? It has a vacuum diagram.
You can't check timing w/ out the engine running, turn the distributor alittle more to see if it'll start up.
