Oh. Well, looks a little rough, but I'm for sure not one to hold up as a standard in that regard.

Paint looks rough, and it appears that the passenger front ground effect is torn as well.
Also I'm not a big fan of the 82-86 15 inch Z28 wheels that I just found out were still standard on RS's in 91-92 (though very few of them had them).
Nice that it's running well now, but it looks like it could use some help in the cosmetics department. I can't really say anything about that though, looks a LOT better than my '91.

yea, my front body kit got damaged as you can see by hitting a road bump and BAM! but im hoping to fix it. paint is actually not bad its just that i havent washed it and hasnt been washed in about 8 years, nor the inside but inside is cleaner now, barely cleaning the carpet.

Hey, it's a nice car and I hope you enjoy driving it very much. Some of us on this board have spent a sizable fortune on our cars and it's easier than it should be to criticize the less fortunate. You can mask off the lower valance, sand and shoot it with aerosol touch up paint for a quick fix. Just be careful to match the color.

very good. how would i go about to repair the side of the body kit where it detatched to the main frame itslef? right next to the wheel you will see the gap that is created due to the kit not hanging right but its all still in one peice.

I don't do body work and have no idea how to answer your question. Others on this forum know body work very well. In fact there is a board dedicated to body work. You might pose your question there.

as for changing the injectors i found this article to be just about spot on.
https://www.thirdgen.org/injectorswap
i labeled all the connectors with painters tape and a sharpie. find a way to keep track of numerous bolts. i have had to spread the project out over a few days, but should be done tomorow.
i bought my injectors from southbay.

My comment was not meant to be criticism, just factual. One of my Camaros is pretty good looking (the work having been done by the previous owner), the other one I call "Ugly Betty". There are some very nice cars owned by members of this Board, and I know even my nice one doesn't hold a candle to them.
I tend to concentrate on function over form. Still, it can be a little embarrassing to be seen next to other 3rd gens.
Of course, Betty looked a lot better 10 years ago, before the paint got away from me:

But, there are moments like this last September...

Not too shabby for the car I drive to work all year round. Someday I'll get it looking nice again.

57kid, sorry if I came off as sharp. I just don't want to see a striving 3rd gen owner have his feelings hurt. BTW, Ugly Betty looks pretty good coming off the line.
