Engine: 350 carb swap
Transmission: T56
Engine Rebuild
rI have an 89 Rs and it has the 2.8..... It is time to rebuild it due to a rod knock. im keeping this engine no matter what im just looking for the right rebuild kit. im not sure if it has aluminum or cast iron heads? also i was thinking of putting in flat bottom heads and a performance cam. links or ideas? plz and thank you

It's kind of hard to tell what you're talking about.
You can test your heads with a magnet.
The magnet won't stick to aluminum.
