PCV Valve

Hi, I have an 89 firebird base model with the 2.8l v6. It has a rough idle, stalls ocassionally, and cuts out on heavy acceleration. I also noticed that there quite a bit of oil in my air intake. Could this be because of a bad pcv valve, I have already replaced my egr valve and if so where is the pcv valve loacated?

Thanks

The rough idle and cuts out on heavy acceleration sounds like a misfire. It could be that a plug isn't firing when it is supposed to.
Start with doing the usual engine troubleshooting for misfires, starting with a careful visual inspection of all of your spark-plugs.
