Is it wise to get a higher than 105 amp alternator with more electrical accessories?
Are there kits to rebuild a stock 105 amp alternator to a 160 amp?

Re: Alternators

It is always better to have more or sufficient power. The car will only take what it needs but if you upgrade the car with more electronics then you have more draw. I'd do the upgrade.
