Hi i am having problems with my TA,and I recently purchased a Autoxray 6000 so that i could set Tps and the dwell. Well scanner says vehicle not responding. So i tried the paperclip method and no flashing check engine light. So i then checked ecm fuse and its good, then i checked the CEL bulb and its good. Well i am out of ideas and i am in need of help.

also CEL bulb doesnt light when key is turned on or car started.

The TA runs and drives fine it just gets 11 mpg and 14mpg on the highway. That is why i purchased scanner to i could adjust the CCC carb. Any pointers would be great.

checked inline fuse by battery that also goes to the back of the alternator. Its has 12v through the fuse. So does this mean the ECM is bad??
