no fuel to the rail, what can it be??

Not getting any fuel to the rail with a normal start
Fuel pump relay is fine
Also the fuses in the car and under the hood are fine
Fuel pump whines when i add some power to the connector thing under the dash

With some help I gave the fuel pump power straight from the battery meanwhile cranking the engine. When we did this fuel was spraying out from the schrader valve so it can't be a blocked fuel line...

It is a new Fuel pump and already dropped the tank once to check out the pump and it everything seemed fine including wires(a bit old but im sure they are fine)

What can it be? Some sort of sensor? Break in the wiring, actually i have no clue!

Do you have power to your injectors? Are they good? Are they clogged? Have you changed your filter? Have you checked the pressure?
