How do I figure out what cam to upgrade to?

Engine: Had a LO3 305 am now building a 355
Transmission: 4l60
Axle/Gears: 2.73 one wheel spinner...for now
How do I figure out what cam to upgrade to?
I have a LO3 305 bored .30 over with forged crank and pistons. I'm buying a set of 416 heads that I am going to have P&P, an upgraded TBI unit with upgraded fuel injectors, I'm going to up the fuel pressure, Edelbroch intake, and a set of chrome long tube headers. I plan on getting a 3.43 rear end and I'm not sure on the stall yet. Any suggestions?
