camaro have egr valve?

my scanner came up with a bad egr solenoid #3 ? is that a valve?

Silly Solenoid

It’s an electromagnet which controls a valve.

The scanner is detecting an electrical problem on the electrical portion of that assembly.

Egr solenoid I believe is back by the distributor and mounted to the coil bracket. If you follow the vaccum line off the egr valve (under the plenum) you will find it.
