91 Camaro RS Distributor Mystery *HELP PLEASE*

I'll just get to the point. Car won't start. I am getting spark to the to the ignition coil when my engine turns over but doesn't fire. I replaced my coil and cap and wires. But yesterday I took out my spark plugs and I am not getting spark to the Spark Plugs. I am getting fuel and air, just no spark. I bypassed vats also. This holding my project back. I don't want to give in and just get an aftermarket setup because saving money is key for me. So any info will help and I always get good feedback from ThirdGen.
