cranking compression L69 hi-alt?

Okay guys, I feel embarrassed to be asking this, but I have no idea what cranking compression I should be expecting of an L69 at high elevation. I'm looking at buying a running '84 Z28 T5 for $1500, and he claims it checked around 130 in all 8, and I'm thinking that's low. Anyone know their numbers for an L69? And please post your elevation, or I can look it up on Wikipedia if you tell where your test was done.
