Fuelpump and more ???'s

I have a 1988 Iroc that I will be installing a SBC 406 engine in it and the engine has a mechanical Holley fuelpump on it,can this fuelpump be hooked up to the fuel line coming from the tank and it pulls the fuel through the pump in the gas tank up to my carburetor and is the disc brake rearend a G92 option with the 3.27 gear in it?THANKS
