350 build is almost finished, How much power?

I'm almost done with my budget 350 build /t56 swap in my sport coupe. Car was originally a 2.8/automatic. As i come closer to firing up the engine, Im wondering how much power my build will make. Here are the specs of my build, any estimates would be great

1986 4 bolt main 350 truck motor, stock bottom end rebuild, bearings, crank polish, moly rings, 10.2:1 compression

Dart SHP 180cc aluminum heads, 64cc chambers, 2.02 intake valves, 1.6 exhaust. Intake flow- 248cfm @ .500 lift. exhaust- 170 CFM @ .500 lift.

Comp cams retrofit XR276HR- intake 224 @ .50", exhaust 230 @ .50"

Howard cams hydraulic roller lifters

Self aligning roller rockers

Comp cams 7.200" 5/16 pushrods

Edlebrock Performer RPM air gap 7501 intake manifold

Holley double pumper Ultra 750cfm carb

Shorty headers with magnaflow exhaust, no cat.

340-350 whp I'd guess. Fairly stout. It may do more. may do alittle less with the shorty's depending on type. I would have gone guideplates and regular rockers for this but it should work. 1.6 rockers?

Orr is on the money I suspect.....its gonna be strong....it would really really benifit from long tubes, maybe as much as 20hp or more...
Regardless, its going to be stout.

1.6 would help some with those heads but should still run good with that T56. Excellent street combo

Re: 350 build is almost finished, How much power?

That sounds awesome. I was aiming for 400 crank hp, so it sounds like ill be right around where i wanted. I would love to go with long tubes, but after reading through some threads, it seemed like a hassle with ground clearance, and routing the piping. I may do it later on though, after she's up and running for a bit.

Heres a pic of the motor:

Dropped it in the car last week, just have to put the valve train together.

How much more power do you think the 1.6's would give me? Haven't opened the rockers yet, may send them back and pick up a set of 1.6.

More lift will help carry power band farther and i would think 10 hp would be right. Maybe more. Power just wont fall off as quick after peak hp which does help extend your shift range alittle. Might not be much more but every little bit helps and rockers are same price for either ratio

Re: 350 build is almost finished, How much power?

Very little. Debatable I guess but imo not worth the cost of new rocker
Should get you around 400 like you wanted. 1-5/8 headers would be perfect and compliment your torque.
Was your block decked or still .25 or so down in the hole? Coming up with a little less compression doesnt matter though will still be strong.
