So while I has the TBI injectors out I had to move the car and the driveway has quite a slope to it. There was gas on the ground and as as precaution I removed the front plugs and one spilled out gas.
So I will pull the rest and see if there are any others filled or still in the manifold waiting to come in after the valve opens.

What process should I take to make sure no damage occurs? Drain, turn over engine with fuel pump disabled, fog cylinders, change oil?

 

pull the plugs.. crank it over with the starter... put plugs back in...
check oil- if it is really runny and smells like gas, change it.. if not, start the car..

 

pure gas in the cylinders? that's new seems like your running very very rich, dumped gas into the TB or the fuel pump and injectors are staying on after the car is off (or did you try to start the car when you moved it, i.e. turn to run position?)

but regaurdless do what novaderrik said, take the plugs off crank it by hand, check oil for gas (btw if theres gas in your oil, one or more pistion rings could be bad, or about to go out) change oil if there is gas, leave it if not.

when your go to start the car it will take some time bc basically its flooded, so crank it till it starts then let it idle till it works itself to normally. (take breaks between to much cranking, don't want your battery dieing/exploding)

 

Pull plugs, crank engine to blow out the gas. Squirt a little oil in the cylinders to lube the rings back up. Change your oil before you run it. I have seen an engine destroyed fast due to fuel diluted oil!

 

Its because the injectors and the top of the TBI unit were off when I moved the car and it was on a slope so gravity was at play filling the cylinder with gas.

Fortunately I have not cranked it since I removed the tbi unit. I got 3 plugs out so far.
