Car cranks but no start

91 Formula 305 tbi.. Sat for a month. Went to start and nothing but cranking.

New ignition control module and ignition coil, plus a new fuel pump relay.
Motor cranks, but doesnt start. I see no fuel spray from injectors and with starting fluid, nothing.

What should i do next? Car ran just fine a few weeks ago !!!

Is there spark? A check engine light? If both spark and fuel are out I'd assume a bad ecm or a bad connection somewhere.

Have you checked if you got spark? .. if not, then I would stab me a screw driver in 1 of the spark plug wires and have some one turn the engine over. if you get shocked then. yeah you know the deal.

Re: Car cranks but no start

Havent checked spark since replacing ignition control module and coil . I thought replacing that would do it. Not even so much as a start with starting fluid and new parts. Hope I dont have to drop tank for new pump and sending unit.

nope. you know. you could just need a tune up. (plugs, roter, wires)... if you said you tried using started fluid and it didn't even make a stutter to try and start then it aint fuel.

Always test ( especially if replacement parts changes nothing) Never assume.
You may have screwed something up when replacing parts or got faulty parts.( not uncommon these days )

That is the big indication you have NO SPARK in the clylinder

A Ign system diagnostic work through like this can help identify where you have a problem
