I have a 86 camaro, I put in a ignition tumbler in, it starts now but my key warning buzzer is stuck on. The headlights and blinkers work ok and the headlights don't stay on like it's warning me of that.Can I just take out the warning switch that sit on top the hold down screw for the ignition cylinder? I don't really need it.THANKS

 

ya you certainly could but good luck when you live your lights on

 

To install the lock tumbler correctly, you must turn the key to the run position install the warning switch,turn it back to the off position. That fixed the buzzer stuck on problem.
