1988 GTA Notchback stalling out some times

I just picked her up about a month or so ago.. she is starting to stull and sputter out at random times when I am stopped and idling. It has done it cold, and it has done it after I have ran it some. Also, kind of lurches forward when I am sitting still. Any ideas on what I should be looking at first?? Thanks for the help

I had this problem and it was the intake air temp. sensor could be a few other things also though.

Great thanks. How do I check to verify that is it before I spend any cash on guessing?

You can pull it and use a ohm meter and test the resistance at a few different temps here is a chart that shows what it should read at the different temps. https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/atta...ase-ctsmat.gif
