Oil pan depth

i'm just curious if anyone knows how deep you can go with the oil pan depth on a stock crossmember in the chevy. it's the heritage edition.. i'm not sure if it makes a difference.

The sump is behind the crossmember so the depth doesn't matter, just the shape.
