Interior Turn Signal Lights Stay On!!

Interior Turn Signal Lights Stay On!!

Just installed HID's and replaced the bumper turn signal lights with LED's but now my interior turn signal indicator lights remain lit when the light switch is on???

Sounds like you have some crossed wires. Check the connections and grounds.

That generally happens when you have a burned out bulb. Since you just did lighting work, as said above, check all your connections. Also, when you click the signal on, it stays lit inside, correct? Check the back. It should stay lit as well. Then check the front, are the signals on and staying lit? If so, all the bulbs are fine and it's a wiring issue....

That generally happens when you put in LEDs (which draw ALOT less current than incandescent bulbs) but don't put in the right flasher for them.

You just need to get the right flasher.

Not a wiring issue. Don't get out your dykes.

Good point. With minimal draw, the car probably "thinks" it's burned out.

I replaced the flasher with an electronic one, my bumper lights flash like they need to and the HID's turn on with no problem. But the interior lights still stay on. WTf!
