Car is 6spd l98 vette..

Im planing a mild build, ported lower intake, edelbrock runners, ported upper manifold. Headers etc..

The heads are stock L98 1989 vette 113 alu heads.

The cam I look at is the mild Comp Cam 08-501-8:

212/218 0,488 0,495 lift @ 050

Does this cam work with the stock springs, and general vavletrain clearance?

I can THINK of change the springs, if I dont need to hand in the heads for machining, if its a direct fit i mean.
I dont need a new never ending project...

Replace those old worn out springs with new ones .They are cheap enough

GM # 12495494 springs as used on the 113 heads when fitted to the crate ZZ4 engine
Drop in replacement

Is those spring a "drop-in" replacement?
Do I need new LT4 Valve Spring Cap Kit and retainers with those springs?
