1991 Corvette L98 cam question

Im swapping a 44,000 mile L98 from a 1991 Corveete into my 1992 Formula 350. If you check my posts I've driven this car with a NOS 5151 kit to a 12.41 ET. Then a rod knock so I picked this engine up to swap it in. So my question is I'm thinking I might as well add a cam and some other parts to get som bang out of it. I really don't want to change the springs in the aluminum heads and wanted to know whether a Crane 2032 cam would be worthwhile. Most likely going to have a fully ported lower and lower manifold with SLP runners. If not this cam any suggestions? Also computer chip to help? Appreciate the help

Your spring are old and of unknown quality; not withstanding the stock (.480" ? ) lift limitation
For $60 you can drop in new springs and retainers as used on the LT4 and ZZ4 crate engines good for .525 lift
( same alum heads used on ZZ4 engine ) giving you a better selection of cams

Will the springs fit in the spring pockets without modification?

As I observed above

the ZZ4 crate engines use the same "113" alum head as fitted to the Vette L98 engines
