Camaro stumbles in high gear

Car: 1987 Chevrolet Camaro Iroc Z28
Engine: 383 Stroker supercharged.
Transmission: 5 speed manual transmission
Axle/Gears: 3.45 posi rear
Camaro stumbles in high gear
I just recently bought a 1987 Iroc with a supercharged 383 stroker. It also has an MSD ignition with a vortec super fuel management system. When I am going along at highway speeds in 4th or 5th gear and I give it a little gas it stumbles at first and then it's ok. Other than a tune up, what could possibly be causing this?
