Help... vacuum leak? replacement vacuum lines

So Ive had my 88 iroc for a few months now and have slowly been fixing it. most recently i replaced the left(drivers side) valve cover gasket as well as the pcv valve. It has a 305 in it with the TPI. I know the vacuum lines need to be replaced, due to old age and damage. Any suggestions on wear I can get an entire vacuum line set for it as well as where I can find the routing for the lines?

I got my lines , by the foot, at Auto zone. The link below should have all the info you need to connect it right. Good luck.

Re: Help... vacuum leak? replacement vacuum lines

Take a piece of the line you want to replace; match it up to what's hanging on the cards.

Most of it (in the US at least) isn't in mm; it's in 1/32 of an inch.

Keep in mind also, most of it doesn't have to be the "exact" size; the factory used a lot of what they used out of pure convenience, as opposed to, some functional consideration; if they have the fittings you need but with a notch or 2 different size of line, most of the time you can make it work.

Stick with the hard plastic type as much as practical, but don't be too reluctant to use the rubber kind either. Just make sure that there's no leaks at the junctions. (use the spring type clamps, or twisted wire, or the like)
