I have a 92 with a 305 TBI. It with start but you have to keep pumping the gas to keep it alive. I think it's the eprom and would like to now what you guys think.

 

Welcome to the forums. Start by checking for vacuum leaks. Check your fuel pressure and ohm your injectors. Also check to see whether you have any codes present. Let us know what your results are.

 

Fuel pressure is good. There is no leaks and there is spark

 

What was the pressure during idle and high rpm?

 

It won't idle. And won't run will you put your foot to the floor. You have to keep pumping the gas paddle to keep it running

 

OK, what is the pressure while the fuel pump is running? I once had a great fuel pattern, with 2 lbs of pressure. Had to keep feathering the throttle to keep it running. For 3 months I refused to check the actual pressure. Turned out I had a Hole in the rubber line between the pump and the pick up tube is why I ask. Again, it appeared to have great fuel pressure to me. Not many people have a TBI adapter to check fuel pressure, maybe you do. That's why we have to ask what the actual fuel pressure is to assist in determining the failed component.

 

Ohm your injectors...should read around 1.3. And check the spray patterns of your injectors as well...should be conical, not dripping.

 

I don't remeber the numbers I got but my friend pulled the EPROM and it runs now just idle high. Think it could be a program problem?
