Iroc will not Start

Good day .
Here is the deal . I just purchase a 1989 Camaro iron z 350 5.7L with 91K on the clock . I notice the other day the check engine light came on and when the car is warm up and let say for example if I turn the car off and then try to restart it right way it will turn over for at least 30 sec and then start . Yesterday I pull the code using the paper clip and the only code I got was 36 maf burn off relay . today I replace the Maf relay and burn off relay . and now the car will not start at all. I put back on the old relay same problem will not start. I even replace the fuel pump relay because it look like it was old too and still no start. when i replace the relay I pull the battery cable out. Now I decided to see if there was another code just incase I missed one the first time and when I do the paper clip the check engine light didn't even come on not even the 12 code . Can anyone please point me to the right direction?
Thank you

Are you getting the 2 second prime when you turn the key to on?
