Changed Fuel Pump..still won't turn on
After testing fuel pressure on my 87 5.0 tpi(was 15-20 psi) I decided i needed to change the fuel pump in which I did and now psi is at 40-45 psi when I crank it which is better but it still won't turn on.. I also checked fuel pump fuse and changed the relay and still nothing. Also, I don't hear the new fuel pump hum when I turn the key and when I checked for spark on the spark plug wires it is there but kind of weak. Anyone know if that is normal for the fuel pump not to hum or what I should do next

If you have good psi, then your fuel pump is working. Check your spark producing equipment...coil, pickup coil, ICM, dizzy cap and rotor, wires. Ohm your injectors.
