tbi to carb whot will work

HI i ave a 350 that i want to put in my 305 firebird have read the posts on tbi prom tuning etc scears crap out of me ! it has been sugested that i swap to a carb end of problem.ok so no tuning isues wit the computer .will my air con ,cruse etc still work if the brain is not conected .?
