Help!!! Heater problems

I've replaced the heater core in my 91 bird. The previous owner had the system bypassed because of a leaky core. The hoses have all been re-routed, and the new core installed (what a pain in the ***!!!) but still no heat. I don't think think it's the control switch, because the a/c switch turns on the fan. Nothing comes out of the vents. Can anyone shed some light on this. Thankx in advance!

Make sure the wire to the heater blower is plugged in.
