Rear Main Oil Seal Replacement ?

Rear Main Oil Seal Replacement ?
Car is a 1987 with the 350 TPI. I have access to a hoist and a Buddy with a transmission stand to help remove the transmission.
Both of us very mechanically inclined. Looking for any tips to make the job go smooth and no headaches ?
I want to replace all seals and fluids involved in the job. So next question is does Anyone Have the part numbers for the Rear main seal and oil
Pan gaskets etc for OEM replacements if they are available or I would think these should be available at Napa? Is there a transmission filter in these?
I work away so just like to order the all parts that are or may be needed while I am away and be able to get it done quick and not loose any driving time.
Thanks

You don't have to drop the pan to replace the rear main seal.
These aren't known to be leakers like the old 2-piece rear mains were. Are you sure that's where the leak is coming from? The distributor, intake, and oil pressure sender are more likely. As is the oil pan, for that matter.

You might want to do yourself a favour and give the engine a thorough cleaning. If you can spray the engine (Gunk Engine Brite at Canadian Tire works well) while it's on the hoist, so much the better. Then let it run for an hour or so. You may save a lot of time and effort.
