yes exactly like this one, but maybe I have to make more holes to fit the 8 bolts 6-71 has, the question is if the intake rectangular shape is the same as the 6-71
I'm not well versed on it but I doubt it's the same or even close enough. If memory serves, weiand/holley discontinued 6-71 stuff shortly after the mini was introduced. And of those that were produced, I don't know if the vortec base was made. My guess is finding one means getting one from someones stash. GL
I think the same cause i cant find any adapter. And must be easier to find some heads and replace vortec ones.
Or sell 6-71 and change to a 142 for vortec. Thanks for your answers!
Which one would you recommend? Is there any head ready to install with all the parts assembled?
and also should fit the same shape of the intake manifold and water as the 6-71.
thanks a lot! And sorry for my english.
Dyers Blowers once had tenative plans to make a vortec pattern supercharger intake manifold for the
L-31 GM vortec/fastburn heads. Wether that actually got done you would have to ask Dyers directly.
You will be at or above the cost of new budget aluminum cylinder heads on this.
The AFR "Enforcer" As cast or Skip White NKB200cc, Assault racing "import heads" are very good for this.
