Is there supposed to be vacuum here?

Hey everyone, I'm trying to track down a few issues and replace a few vacuum lines. Particularly a code 32 and no cruise control.

I found that I am not getting vacuum at this port. Is there supposed to be vacuum here? Its right above the goose neck.

Thanks in advance...

Re: Is there supposed to be vacuum here?

The vacuum under the throttle body is ported vacuum. It only has vacuum with the throttle blades open. It gets used for the egr. One line goes back to the egr solenoid, the other line from the solenoid to the egr.

Re: Is there supposed to be vacuum here?

Code 32 can be annoying, most of the parts like the EGR solenoid and temp sensor are discontinued for the F body’s so you have to source out with Corvette parts stores or used. If you get code 32 to flash only after cruising on the highway for a few minutes and have no drivability issues it’s likely the temp sensor on the outside of the EGR valve, that’s what it was on mine.
