88 TPI Why is it dying when slowing down

My problem is my 88 350 tpi keeps dying when I slow down or at slow speeds it will die. When it dies the rpms just fall to 0. Sometimes the rpms will bounce and then die. It will not die if you are idling in park. To start it back up you just put it in neutral and it will fire right back up wont die until you slow down again. A put it in a shop for the last couple of days and they could not figure it out. He said for sure- There is no vacuum leaks.
fuel pressure is good
tps is set correct
reset the idle correctly park 700rpms fans cut on it does to 900. In drive 600rpms
no check engine codes
new parts - TPS, IAC, 02 sensor, MAF, fuel filter, collant temp sensor, removed cat.
It does feel like it has a miss every once in a while but I don't know if that is related.
Any ideas?

I have noticed just sitting in park when I press on my brakes the rpms go down and back up a little. Is that normal for the brake booster to pull the rpms down?
These are two videos of me just putting it in drive and reverse, letting the car push its self and me pressing the brakes

You’ve replaced most of the usual subjects and fuel pressure is good, have you checked out the injectors? And my only other idea is maybe something going on with ignition (distributor pick up)

I haven't checked the injectors or distributor yet.

Yeah I am going to go ahead and install a new accel distributor cap and rotor, accel plug and wires and see if that does anything. If not I will start pulling injectors.

Might be your MAF. When your throttle is very low or idle it surges/dies?

The idle just falls too low and bottoms out. It tries to catch it but it dies. I put two videos of it on here. MAF is new

You could also try ohming the injectors with the engine warm to test their voltage, plenty of threads on here about that.

OKay i am also going to try that this weekend. Could it be the injectors if it doesn't do it unless I am going slow
