RE: 91 RS w/Pulse and Spark - No Start?
1991 RS Vert with 305 TBI w/700r4
Car sat for a year or so - but ran when parked.
Initial issue was a bad fuel pump, which was addressed with a new tank and fuel pump. Rear fuel filter was changed as well.
Condition: When you turn the key, you can hear the fuel pump kick on and working. Injectors are pulsing and squirting fuel into the TBI but the car just turns over and never catches. Now if I go old school and hold the butterflies open with a screw driver, it starts to catch but only stumbles for like 5-15 seconds and never full catches or starts. PCV checked out out. We also cleaned out the IAC part of the TBI before replacing the IAC, as well as the TPS.
Changed: Coil, IAC, TPS, Distributor Module, Cap, Rotor, Wires and Plugs - same issue. The relays on the driver's side firewall were also relatively recently changed.
Thoughts?
Thanks!

How about the pressure regulator? If there is flow but not pressure it might just pop and stumble.
