Moroso pan fitment

I am building a 406 and my machinist suggested a moroso oil pan with scraper and windage screen. So I ordered this one off Amazon and I have concerns it isn't going to work. It's pretty big. I'm will be using Dyno Don headers and crossover. Anyone have success with it?

Does anyone know of a good pan with scraper and windage tray that will fit OK? I'm mostly concerned with how deep it is and ground clearance. Modifying the crossover is fine since nothing has been installed yet.

I run a canton road race oil pan on my 400 block. You have to order the plugs for a couple different things iirc. They don't tell you the pan doesn't come with them

Re: Moroso pan fitment

I got a PM from a member saying it works well for him so I should be ok. Now if only I can get roller lifters I want. Getting parts right now is a Easter egg hunt...

Good looking pan. The part of the pan where the exhaust will run looks the same as a stock pan. I didn't see a crank scraper in the photo?

Ya it's on the other side welded to the pan. I ordered the correct pick up today so that will be here soon. Now if I could find the roller lifters I need and rear main seal.
