cranking and fuel r ok but no start
Hi. I’m Japanese and finally got a dream car Transam!
A few weeks ago, it suddenly stopped during I was driving.
I made sure that fuel comes and spark plugs are ok but fuel doesn’t go to chamber I think.
Plugs are dry. Also some vacuum lines are dead and disconnect.
I don’t know how to connect them correctly.
Please help me!! thanks!

welcome from this side of the pacific 
You could check for trouble codes stored in the ECM memory.Also tell if you have theTBI(large round air filter) or TPI engine.

VIN is E code so I'm guessing TBI. Original Poster, is this what yours looks like?
As far a vacuum lines, that diagram should be correct. Fix those first.
Is fuel being sprayed from the injectors? That you can visually see without doing anything but crank the engine over.
