Slightly Off-Topic, Car Shippers

Have any of you ever used a car shipper? I found a pretty decent thirdgen on ebay, but its in GA and im over in NJ and i dont want to get it myself and seller wont drive it up. I know about movecars.com but thats just like a search service of car shippers, not an actual shipper itself. I went to http://www.aswd.com/ through movecars.com and got a quote for $545 which sounds resonable. i just want to know if anyone has any experince with them (Allstate Worldwide Delivery) or any other car shippers.

im in the same dilemma too and would like to know of some shippers also. Im in need of a new body - mine is too rusted to fix.... so i've been tryin to find camaros in the south. I have relatives in Phoenix and they said they'd probably be able to find one easily... the thing is that shipping the thing would run $750+.
Thats why, i'd suggest, if the car is running and in decent condition, go and buy a one way plane ticket and drive the thing back home on a weekend.. $150-200 for a plane ticket is a bit cheaper than $500+ to have it shipped....not sure how reasonable it is in your case, but its just a thought

try this site...it rates the car moving companies and has links to most of the more popular ones.$950 is still the best I've gotten for NV to KY... http://www.howwerate.com/index.html
