Anyone have any suggestions of where I can post (besides FB Marketplace & Ebay), a new, in the original GM Performace box, never installed, LT4 HOT Cam Kit 12480002? My Dad passed and the item is no longer needed.

Re: LT4 HOT Cam Kit (P/N 12480002)
I'm so sorry to hear about your father passing away.
I hate to be the bearer of what might be bad news but I think your father did install the LT4 Hot Cam Kit and carefully cleaned and placed the factory OEM parts into the boxes the LT4 Hot Cam Kit came in for safe keeping for later on.
What cars did you father have? Some people are interested in upgrading to the OEM original factory cam that came in LT1 and LT4 engines and might give a reasonable amount for those parts you have but no where near what an actual new in box LT4 Hot Cam Kit would go for.

Re: LT4 HOT Cam Kit (P/N 12480002)
The rocker arms in the LT4 kit are aluminum full roller rockers arms. Those in your pictures are factory OEM stamped steel non-roller rocker arms.
The cam has very slight wear marks on it from use. Seems to be in great condition though. The paint stripe code next to the distributor gear is red and on a LT4 Hot Cam that paint stripe is yellow.
I can't tell by looking at the springs in the box or the retainers and keeper in the bags but I think they are also the factory OEM stock parts too.
EDIT: On the end on the cam are marking and numbers and letters. This will allow us to look up and see what the camshaft actually is.
Thank you SO much for all the information! Cleaning the factory OEM parts and keeping them is something he would have done. I just had no way of knowing that was the case with this.
Maybe it's out of the last GMC truck he built in 2016? Is that a possibility?

Re: LT4 HOT Cam Kit (P/N 12480002)
No that is way to new of a truck and an entirely different engine type.
You would be looking for a 1987 to 92 Camaro or Firebird, a 1993 to 1997 Camaro or Firebird, a 1987 to 1996 Corvette, a early to mid 1990s Caprice, Buick Roadmaster, Impala SS
I apologize for the delay. I just saw this. Thank you very much! That is so kind of you. Based on the vehicle feedback, maybe it's from a late 90's Corvette motor as that's what he put in his last sandrail.
Is this the camshaft in the pictures with the markings containing letters and numbers?

This hydraulic roller tappet camshaft 10185071 was used in the GM Performance Parts 5.7L 350 H.O. ZZ3 & ZZ4 crate engines.
It's relatively desirable and people still seek them out and buy them today. I can't tell you the value though. This one seems to still be in very nice shape.

Re: LT4 HOT Cam Kit (P/N 12480002)
If you father had a ZZ3 or ZZ4 engine then they are probably the parts he took off it when he upgraded to the LT4 hot cam kit or he might have just bought that 071 camshaft and added it to an existing engine and those parts are from whatever engine that was.
The value is in the camshaft and used it's worth less than half of new price. The rockers, springs, retainers, and keepers appear to be just your bog standard small block Chevy parts that came on millions of small black Chevy engines. Maybe all the extra stuff aside from the camshaft is worth $50.00 or so. I'd try to sell it all together.
