Headman mid length headers

Hi gentlemen, I hope someone can assist. I have an 86 iroc that I had purchased headman mid length headers for. I am using a corvette 6 qt pan so I can’t run the exhaust pipe the usual way as the pan sump has that closed. While the passenger side is workable the driver’s side header exits at an odd angle and I’d have to bend the elbow 90 degrees to get it to work. The only compromise I can see is using a shorty header on the drivers side. Has anyone a recommendation please? Thanks

Pics?

I'd look into using a different pan.
