You'll need all new except for the power steering pump.

It would be cool to have, but it seems like a lot of work. Do the benefits outweigh the workload? And where in the boneyard can you find a reverse flow pump?

You need everything except for the Alternator. You can use your old one if you want, you just have to unbolt the alt face and turn it clockwise/counterclock wise? ( forgot which) so the bolt holes line up with the new bracket.

Not alot to gain but it sure looks good. Also you don't want a reverse flow water pump, you want a reverse rotation water pump. '88-92 f-bodies used it.

It could look like this if you do not need smog or A/C
