Anyone ever used those carb-flange engine lift plates?

Was thinking of getting one for swapping in this motor. The thing is I'm paranoid about pulling the carb bolts out of my spiffy new manifold from too much wieght on them. Especialy since I'm dropping it in with all the accesories and the tranny already attached.
Anyone ever had any problems?

I have used one many, many times, never with the slightest problem. In fact my little brother who used to be the motor tech at the Chevy dealer always borrowed mine, until he finally got his own.
Use carb studs and nuts with a few washers, rather than bolts.
