high lift cam+stock heads guys within

how much did you get your valve guides milled, what heads were they on and what was the lift of the cam?

my L98 had its guides milled .050 for .492 lift. well i bent my pushrods and i'm wondering maybe they werent milled enough but i think my rods are just too weak.

186s... I'm running .545"/.555" in the motor in question, plus Teflon "positive" seals... can't tell you for sure how much they're milled... obviously I have real (NOT 1.25") valve springs, and real retainers. No problems.
