Transmission: Rebuilt 700r w/ Transgo Shift Kit

Probably a Stupid Question but...

Is it possible to run a Vacuum Advanced Distributor on a TPI motor, and if so, where should the vacuum line come from?

You could do it I imagine, but why? The system you have now is much more advanced than a vacuum advanced one, check out the pick:
