What Do you think is the best way to use overdrive in a close street race?

Race in Ford's poor excuse for an overdrive and watch tranny go Boom! I just stick to using the 1st 3 gears when having fun and only use Overdrive for highway cruising.

i thought this post was a joke .. but um yeah you dont want to use OD to race, its meant to save gas. If you're racing use the power gears (1-3).

i still don't race in OD though...
