Well the formula IS lighter, so I think it would win.

They only come here to pick on the ricers . I don't know the numbers, but the formula won't have the side ground FX and a smaller front air dam. Probably won't be much difference.

I think it's a driver's race. Too little difference to pick a winner. And condition of each car.

the difference will be who had hiway gears and semi descent gears.. and if it's auto vrs manual or the likes..
maintenance and any modifications.. (lets say you put headers on yours or something)
traction off the line.
20 lbs of ground effects (or so) won't make much of a difference in a race (it could be offset by drivers).. so it's all between drivers..

The cars are basically the same...

same drivetrain and suspention...unless one is a 1LE....but otherwise they are pretty well even.

the only difference is the aerodynamics...ie ground fx..etc..and the gta's usually come with all the interior comfort features where as the formulas normallly but not always come with very few.

Given the fact that the differences are small...it will be a drivers race..assuming the cars are in perfect tune and have had a similar past (as far as how they were taken car of)..because if one was mistreated..it could affect how well it runs.

it'll be a driver's race, sure the formy doesn't have the GFX which saves weight, but the GTA rims are MUCH lighter than the formy rims....

so again its a driver's race.
