my car with wats doemn to it in my info meaning in both a top end race and a 1/4 mile race against my friends alll stock 4 door 1994 Buik lasabre with a stock 3.8 TPI automatic. he seems to think becasue his is tpi thats its going to walk all over my car.
what do u guys think and both cars run very very well.

its an 83 z28 with a 305 the engine specs well whats done to it is in my info below my post.

373s in the rear end

true duals
and 40 series flowmaster mufflers
there is more doen to it but as of now im not shure

 

never heard of a 3.8 TPI...a Buick Lasabre..hmmm slow econo box...83 Z28 I think you will win....AARON

 

it ses 3800 tuned port injection right on the engine
i think when i looked it up on the internet the lasabre puts out 170 hp and 220 fp of torque not shuer if im remembering true figures or not correct me if im rong

 

i don't know what your friend is smoking, but my family has 2 lesabres (93 and 96) and they are about the slowest damned things i have ever driven. they are built for comfort, not racing. the transmissions are intentionally sluggish, there's no throttle response, and it's almost funny how as the rpm's go up the car goes nowhere. you've got nothing to worry about.

 

yeah i know it is very comfertable in side lol another funny thing is the car has a rev limiter. he is alwase talking about suping it up and i just smile and nod my head.
this is coming all from a kid that ses i qwote all 80s camaros suck and they have no power and look stuiped and not sporty at all .
