Well the ebay auction is over tomarrow, who knows if it will hit reserve or not, hopefully it will.

..but today I figured I may not have her much longer, I might as well let her spread her wings for me one more time!

I come up to a light, 2 lanes in each direction. Have an immaculate red '91-'92 bird in front of me, Charcoal kinda color 3000GT next to the Bird, and a BMW M3 (cloan I think) pulls up next to me. Im thinking everyone is cool, nothing gonna happen but then the light turns, the birds *** end kicks out, and the 3kgt takes off too, maybe it was AWD I dont know.


So thats when I join in and dominate, with my late start I just nail it, spin some and rite away have to let off cause the red bird was in my way. Then I see yellow in the corner of my eye, the BMW took the bait.

All kinda let off, the the red bird calmed down and tucked in behind the 3000 GT and he took off again, so I slam is all the way down into first, my RPM's fly up to 5500, I pull to 6, while spinning too, sounding exactly like nascar (cutout was open) go through 2nd, shift into 3rd. Im in front of all is all I knew, I let off for about 2 seconds, then I hear the BMW, he got in the lane next to me and flew by.

so, a Firebird, 3000GT, and BMW all down at once.

i wish i had one of those...
i've had many a fun moments... the best would've been a late 80s 300zx, a 95 prelude, and an old accord with me on four separate lanes...
when the light turned green(which took forever) i slammed next thing i know... nothing happened... i nearly died...
the 300 won

 

that's great man. it's cool that you had a good last memory with your car.
