WOOHOO I beat a Mustang. wasnt a great win, but a win none the less.
I went out tonight to pick up a carton of smoke's. well on my way home I run in to a mid 90's BOSS mustang. Im not 100% possitive it was a boss, but it had the correct badging on the hood.
any way we get to a light, and he starts reving at me so I know he wants to race, we both watch the light and the second it turns green we both floor it.I got lucky, where I had been driving around for about an hour my drive wheel was warm and gripping great so right off the light I take him. he immedatly drops to my bumper, around 45-50mph he pulled up to my rear 1/4 pannel and stayed there till 75mph. at 75mph he slowly started to pull up, but I let off because we had a large group of cars comming at us from the other direction.
when we got to the next light he was in the turning lane and by the way he took off I could tell he wasnt happy at all.
Now I know had I kept going he would have taken me, but I am amazed I actualy took him off the light

Do you all think it was pure luck, or the idiot just couldnt drive?
Any way it goes I at least won :rockon:

I love the boss 5.0s and they have a gt 4.6 and leave the gt badges on just as good when I see 82-90 firebirds with firehawk stickers on them and they don't even look like the right stickers to top it off
