RSX type S Vs me...kinda

Well i was at the races last week hangin out with my friends...only car there RWD cept for a new GTO...so we were just relaxin bull****tin with some girls when some civic and an integra start doin peelouts out of the parking lot comming back and doing them again..

pll were tellin them to stop since the cops were gonna be here anyminute and they didnt since they thought it was cool and their cars were fast...so ppl tried gettin the guy in the gto to do a burnout and shut them up and he didnt wanna to new he said...my boys asked me to just start my car and scare them...but i did and pulled up a little and they stopped just starrin...then i was leaving and i did a monster burnout in the lot and smoked the whole place out as ppl were chearing and so on anyway as i leave this RSX pulls out bexind me through the smoke..i make a u turn and start heading home...stop to get gas he stops but doesnt get gas jus sits there...i leave he pulls up to one of my friends and gets raped ...then he fallows me again...i told him to back of i didnt wanna waste my gas at the light...he takes of anyway on the green as a mad man...i go half throttle after him in drive and pass him...next light hes real pissed so i drop it into 1st and wait for him...light turns green and he waits...i leave at idle through the intersection waiting on him he pulls up and dumps the clutch like a maniac so i let him go through first b4 i flored it and zoomed by him..i shifted at 4 grand and still put like 6 cars on him by the next light...i asked him if he had nuff he nodded his head and turned around to annoy someone else...i couldnt stop laughing after that...i donno...i though it was funny...

i think yours would have gotten 75% of the people on this board stu.

some people think that just because V8s sound better, they're ALWAYS faster.

Good kill. RSX's are crap. SLow and not impressive at all. But just being RWD doesnt make you king....its all about that Power to Weight ratio

As for Stu, his old car could have ape raped me

No money, and I kind of got sick of cars at the time. I won't get back into them until I can really afford it.

Well, what I ment to say, is that an RSX atleast kinda goes on. Unlike some imports (91' sentras with big wings).

Still, a kill is a kill.

87TPI350KID: Just for your informantion, you don't have to fill in the subject line when you post. heh. You can just leave it blank instead of putting a period in that box.

Yeah i know that im not king for having a RWD but the kids doing clutch dumps at 6 grand just to get a squeal outo f the tires was pissin everyone off adn it was attractin the rollers at our location so my friends suggested that i shut them up and it did, as for the type S, he wouldnt quit..so i made him quit.

And on the way home i saw the white integra driving on the other side of the street i threw a little rew at him he looked slowed down and turned the other way...havent seen him since and i was at the races last tnite...

Hey Stu
What kind of car did you have? What did it run an what mods did you do to it?

327CamaroMan
Have you race that 327 yet? You told me awhile ago you haven't got the chance an I was wondering what it can do.

Just for the record, I don't bring up my car for attention, I only bring it up when I hear people post stupid things like "Why do they even try, a 4 cylinder can never beat a V8!" I bring up my car because it was faster than the majority of the people's cars here, and at a mile above sea level to boot.

I had (still have actually) a 1990 Acura Integra RS. The RS is the base model, no power anything, didn't even come with rear speakers, so it is the lightest. I even took out the power steering and put in a manual rack to save weight.

Anyway, I was running 15psi on a stock motor. My fastest time was a 13.8 in the 1/4. While a 13.8 doesn't sound blazing fast, my 60' times were always 2.3-2.4, and my traps were high 106 mph. I regularly watched guys who could drive click off 12's with lower traps than I was running with. I made 277 whp and 232 ft/lbs at the wheels. Well, that's all we could get out of it before the map sensor kept putting the car into limp every run. The factory map sensor on Hondas freaks out when it reads anything passed 11 psi with a piggy back fuel management.

Anyway, at my altitude, I never saw any stock C5's run anything under a 14.00. I just wish I had a chance to see what it would have run with a more competent driver and some slicks. Oh wellzzz.

Oh yeah, the car was turbocharged if you hadn't guessed. Garrett T3/TO4E. .60 A/R on the compressor side, and .48 A/R on the exhaust side. Totally stock motor. Enough about my car though, I'm sure these guys are sick of hearing this same story over and over.

im sure a turbo v8 wouldnt stand a chance against a turbo 4 cyclinder. now, thats a stupid comment. your talking about a modified 4/6 cyclinder vs stock v8s. Its like talking about apples and oranges, two different things. ive been in a supercharged ls1-427 z06 that instead of scratching the gears in second, it lifted the front tires off the ground when in second. It had good suspension and over 850 at the wheels.

I've seen RWD imports do the same thing.

It all depends on what kind of power you're putting down - anything can be fast.

Why do most of these threads turn into an import vs. domestic thing haha

Stu, that is a funny pic. I will be the missle to blow this one away. In today's extreme world of aftermarket automotive performance you simply cannot take any car lightly. If you do, you have already lost.
