I take it this car will be 95% drag ready . Your combo sounds like a pure monster and could be deep 11's if not more.

this is more of a drag racing board question...

yeah stock rear or light modded 10 bolt wont like that combo too much.

what converter are you going with?

that combo does sound like a monster..
385c.i. sbc,bored .40 over,complete forged rotating assembly icluding Scat 4340 3.875" Forged
from your sig, that stroke and bore is more of a 395 or 401 small block.. but in your post you say you have 3.75 in stroke...

at 3200lbs race weight i'd say your in the mid 10s off the juice. thats a big cam assuming the 280/288 is advertised duration which would make 248/256 at .050" lift...and good flowing heads. thats probly 600hp on motor if not abit more .. with a nice single plane manifold with a big carb. LOL big numbers will come outta this.

on the spray.. 250 shot, i'd say your mid 9s

Stroker Motors can always turn out much differently then expected, but one things for sure, you will have a monster. Are those cam specs correct. With that big *** carb on a single plane on those 220cc heads you should be able to get into the single digits with spray.

BTW your 10 bolt's probably going to blow up with your car in gear

keep the comments coming ......and i fixed the sig sorry bought that also this T/A is basically a drag car but im going to drive on the street a couple times a week to school and then to the local car show they have every weekend. its not exactly "street legal" but i can my inspection sticker under the table and the only reason im running the 10 bolt is lack of funds but as soon as i get enough dough i was going to go with a stought 12 bolt

If you can afford to build a 9 second car, can't you save up to buy a Ford 9" or something?
